LFS Coating Services is a recognized industry leader in the application of “heavy film” fluoropolymer coatings. These coatings are primarily used for extreme corrosion pprotection. Final film thickness of .030” and more can be achieved depending on part geometry and thickness.

Although other fluoropolymer coatings may be impervious to corrosive environments, they are often limited in their permeation resistance due to their thickness limitations. 

The following is a check list of information that we need to make a proper coating recommendation:

Maximum operating temperature of these coatings is 300° F.
