       only by highly reactive fluorinating materials and some alkali metals.

 

       • FDA COMPLIANCE - 

       Many formulations of PTFE,FEP and PFA are compliant to FDA

       standards and are approved for food contact applications.

 

       These coatings in various formulations can be applied to all metallic

       substrates except lead, as well as glass, rubber and other

       non-metallic materials.

       The cure temperature is the determining factor in choosing the

       proper coating and formulation.
