Do you offer prototypes or samples?
If you need a prototype coated for your evaluation, LFS will coat a part for you or send you a sample panel of the coating at no charge as long as we have the coating material in stock. If we need to purchase a small amount of the coating, we charge only for the purchase of the coating. We will not charge for our processing.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order for industrial accounts is $100.00
We do not have a minimum order for private individuals. Each job is priced individually by the number of items,their size and complexity, masking requirements and the coating that is chosen.
How long will it take to process my order?
Our typical delivery is one week. At times our shop can be extremely busy and if we think that the delivery will be longer, we will tell our customers up front. We ask our customers what they require and set a schedule that will accommodate us both.
How large of an item can you handle?
The largest part that our ovens will accomodate is six feet in length. We can process larger parts in prosesses that do not require baking. We do have a fork lift for heavy items and ground level accass to our shop.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
This can sometimes be difficult to do with any accuracy. We can possibly give an estimate but we prefer to either see a sample or a printed description of the item in question. Prints, photos, diagrams and descriptions can be sent to us via mail, e-mail or fax.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. We can arrange this for our more local customers with an additional charge to defray our cost.
