Conversion Coating

LFS offers Iridite / Alodine conversion coating for Aluminum.
This process can be used as a stand alone finish to prevent oxidation of the metal or as a pretreatment for coating.
As a stand alone finish, it exhibits a light gold color.

 

Abrasive Blast / Grit Blast

Using Aluminum Oxide, LFS offers grit blast as a pretreatment
for all metals.

 

Silk Screening

If your product requires coating and silk screening, LFS can save you valuable time and cost by offering both services. No need to bring the coated part in house and reship to another vendor.

 

Masking

Using creative techniques developed over many years, we can handle the most demanding masking requirements for your job.

 

Assembly

 We offer light assembly of your product, again saving our customers the cost and time of second sourcing or in house labor.

 

Packaging

We will handle any special packaging that your product requires for shipment to you or it's final destination.

 

Pick up/Delivery

We offer pick up and delivery for our local customers at a small additional charge to defray our cost.
